You can always ask me questions about a product and I check my mail every other day.
I will always answer in a short period of time.
If a product  does nt work, I will help you via email and if  I not can fix it in 4 days time: I ll give you your money back via paypal.
(This isnt happend yet so...)
For resetting a product in your account, mail me.
I check on a regular basis my store database so I can track problems with orders.
My company is registrated at the Kamer van Koophandel in the Netherlands (where I do live).
